You can track the progress of your order at any time through the dashboard.
Order Status Types:
Pending – Payment received, order not yet processed
Processing – Seller is preparing your item
Shipped – Seller has shipped your order
In Transit – Package is on the way
Delivered – Your order has arrived
Cancelled – Order was cancelled
Returned / Refunded – Refund issued
If your order stays too long in "Processing" or "Pending," you may contact the seller or open a support ticket.
