Typing error or missing characters
Courier website temporary downtime
Seller mistakenly entered the wrong tracking code
Shipment canceled by courier
Make sure characters like “0” and “O,” “1” and “I” are not mixed.

Ask the seller to confirm:
That the package is shipped
That the tracking number is correct
That the courier is working
